The Tennessee Valley VE Team was approved by the W5YI-VEC
to administer free student testing!
Here are the specifics:
1. Any student, age 25 & under can take any of the 3 license elements at no cost!
2. If taking the Technician exam, W5YI will pay your $35 FCC application upon submission.

How to Register for exam? It's simple!
1. Click: Tennessee Valley VE Team
2. Select an exam by clicking the green time bubble.
3. Read the info, then click the orange "Register" at the bottom.
4. Fill in the questions & submit, you're registered!
If you do not have an FRN, please click FRN Registration prior to signing up for an exam.
Under 13 Years Old?
Please download COPPA Form and complete prior to registration. It will need to be emailed to Exam Tools and will@w4eta.cc
For ID verification at time of exam, you will need one of the following:
1. Passport
2. Birth Certificate, a parent present with their passport or State issued ID.
If you are a student age 14 to 25
You will one of the following for ID verification:
1. Passport
2. A government issued photo ID (i.e. Learner's Permit, Driver's License)
3. A Birth Certificate, a parent present with their passport or State issued ID.
Age 16 to 25 will also need to present student ID issued by their school.
